How Claim First will help you

One of our highly trained advisors will listen sympathetically to you and take the details of your vehicle finance. Where the advisor feels your claim merits further investigation, we will refer you to our specialist solicitor without delay.

Claim First is paid a recommendation fee from its solicitors. Whilst we do not charge you a fee, the solicitor we recommend will charge you a fee. You do not need to use us to make a claim for compensation, you can either go directly to your own solicitor or make a claim yourself.

If we feel we cannot help you, we will let you know, and you are free to seek advice elsewhere immediately.

We will assist you in making your claim with an independent firm of solicitors. You are free to choose another solicitor. Any solicitor we refer you to is an independent professional from whom you should receive impartial and confidential advice. The solicitors should always act in your best interest, this is a requirement of their professional body.

Claim First is not in any way responsible for the advice given or other work undertaken on your behalf by these solicitors firms.
